Gambas al ajillo

This is one of my favorites from the Spanish cuisine! So simple to prepare and delicious to eat. Serve it with a piece of baguette to dip in the flavoured oil. Basically what you need is large shrimps, garlic, olive oil, a little bit of spanish pepper OR cayenne pepper and a bit of parsley to decorate it with when it's done. The only disadvantage of it is that you'll stink of garlic afterwards. But in my opinion, it's totally worth it! ;)
